“Belle nekretnine” is a licensed agency for which, by the decision of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the Directorate for Trade and Public Procurement Policy CLASS: UP/I-330-01/22-01/361, UR NO: 517-08-01-01-001-22 -3 of July 20, 2022, it was determined that it meets the requirements for mediation in real estate transactions and it was approved for registration in the Register of Real Estate Brokers in the Republic of Croatia, which is managed by the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
