Drašnice

A small coastal town located ten kilometres south of Makarska, in the direction of Dubrovnik. Since ancient times, there have been two settlements here, the one below Biokovo, which today is almost completely abandoned, and the other by the sea, called Kraj. The town has less than 300 inhabitants and is a typical fishing village with a port in the centre.

The beautiful nature, where you can see well-maintained vineyards and olive groves and pebble beaches, attracts many tourists. Therefore, Drašnice is a highly desired destination for all those looking for a quiet holiday and an escape from mass tourism (escape from the crowds).
