Podaca

Podaca is a tourist town located along the Adriatic tourist road, 2 kilometres east of Zaostrog. Podaca consists of three hamlets: Kapeć, Viskovića vala and Ravanje, with 442 inhabitants. The population is primarily oriented towards tourism, but they also engage in fishing, agriculture and olive growing. Comfortable houses, villas and apartments, catering facilities and a hotel resort are the basis of tourist development in Podaca. As with other places on the Riviera, in Podaca there is an old settlement below Biokovo.
