Services

The basic package includes regular monitoring of the property, with the determination of all possible defects and damage inside and outside the property. The basic package includes:

• Tour and control of the interior and environment of the real estate twice a month, as well as additional tours in case of bad weather
• Creating and sending a monthly report to the owner via e-mail, with photo documentation
• Control of water, electricity and gas installations
• Reading water and electricity meters, collecting mail and bills and paying/forwarding them to the owner (if it is agreed in the contract)
• Full ventilation of the house/apartment.
• Keeping the entrance key of the house or apartment, and upon your request and with your approval, we give the key to your guests, friends or workers.
• Preparing the real estate for your arrival (cleaning once a year).

Taking over the supervision of the real estate is done after inspecting the real estate and signing the contract with the real estate owner. The contract for the Basic package can be concluded for half a year, or for the whole year.
